Dirt Rock Empire is a project masterminded by <a href="spotify:artist:23OFz99wX0NDBBwrxthLWU">the Lacs</a>, a country-rap duo from Georgia. <a href="spotify:artist:23OFz99wX0NDBBwrxthLWU">The Lacs</a> had been around since 2002, but they gained momentum in the 2010s, cracking into Billboard's Country Albums Top Ten with 2013's Keep It Redneck. Their popularity increased over the next few years, and in 2017 they launched a record label called Dirt Rock Empire.
