Disjecta Membra

Disjecta Membra formed in 1993, New Zealand. Early output, including the 1997 debut album, <a href="spotify:album:42wVAEHwM5yMCkPIgFTNCt" data-name="Achromaticia">Achromaticia</a>, established the group&#39;s following in the international &#39;goth rock&#39; genre, while later releases like <a href="spotify:album:4Oewbqg4cR0ddE04DA1JaR" data-name="The Infancy Gospels">The Infancy Gospels</a> are often noted for their diversity, exploring swamprock, blues, folk, noise, no-wave, post-punk, synthpop, drone and traditional Māori elements. The group&#39;s best-known singles include <a href="spotify:track:4drMonSE6h6MZcM08djlG9" data-name="Madeleine! Madelaine!">Madeleine! Founded and fronted by Michel Rowland, the current lineup also comprises longtime members Kane Davey, Jaz Murphy, and a drum-machine.
