I play bass and love music. Recently, I discovered some AI tools that make it fun and easy to turn riffs and song ideas into full tracks. Many of these ideas I’ve had for years, so it’s been incredibly exciting to finally bring them out of my head and into something real. My lyrics, my melodies, and AI magic all coming together in completed tracks. It’s been an absolute blast, and I’ve learned a ton along the way. I’ve always been drawn to doom metal instrumentals, but I couldn’t find exactly what I was looking for—so I ended up making it myself. I’m pretty happy with the results. From there, I started experimenting with fusions and all kinds of other genres; some goofy kids songs, and some inspired by the things I love like South Haven Michigan, and the South Bend Cubs. I went through a whirlwind period of creating, but I’m not making new music right now—at least not actively—because I’ve explored my ideas to a satisfactory level. There’s a lot of controversy around AI and music right now, and I get both sides of the argument. I’m not trying to get rich or make a big name for myself, I hate the spotlight, I’m just having fun. And when it stops being fun, I’ll close the account. At the end of the day, I’m just a dude with a handful of bass guitars, some ideas, and a laptop—and that’s more than enough to make me happy. I doubt anyone will read this, but I just want to publicly share that all the songs are AI assisted.
