Scott Bentley is a singer-songwriter based in California's Central San Joaquin Valley. Crafting songs of expressive lyricism and beguiling soundscapes, Bentley blends retro Americana with his modern take on a songwriter’s proposition.

Often compared to a diverse range of artists from JJ Cale and Ray Lamontagne to Gregory Alan Isakov and Iron and Wine, Bentley’s songs are sumptuously uplifting and delicately powerful.
His vocal tones and phrasing deliver immense tenderness and vulnerability and has garnered much attention and praise. Rodie Music boldly state “his star promises to captivate listeners with his authenticity and ability to convey emotion through music”. Since arriving on the scene in 2024 with his impressive debut single “Maggie”, produced by the renowned David Kirshenbaum (Tracey Chapman, Bryan Adams, Duran Duran), Bentley has graced us with a collection of tracks of exquisite melancholy wrapped in musical charm.
He released a series of singles throughout 2024 and 2025 all of which have been featured extensively across numerous Spotify playlists.
Bentley sounds like an artist of creative wisdom in full flow. His songs are a reflection of his life experiences and his continued exploration of what makes us tick as human beings.
He is currently writing and recording new tracks which are scheduled for release throughout 2026.
