The 1995 global dance hit "Insomnia" tends to resonate in the minds of those who’ve heard the track, and its characteristic haunting synth hits. Originally recorded by UK act Faithless, it became a #1 hit in its day.
Now, nearly 20 years later, dance phenom and singer/producer Cary August decided it was well time to resurrect the track, and reinterpret it for today’s dance audiences. Enlisting the help of renowned producer DJ Analyzer—who worked with August on 2012’s hit Techno Syndrome (Tribute to Mortal Kombat)— this incredible track has been recrafted to explore all-new musical territory.
