Bongani Ernest Zweni, aka DJ Couza. Musical journey began in 2015, and it has been an incredible ride filled with creativity, collaboration, and a deep passion for the art of sound. As a self-taught music producer and DJ, I have dedicated myself to honing my craft and expressing my unique voice through music.
I have been releasing music digitally with, AfriCori, Sony Music, YEMZ World, Vitamin Deep, Selebogo Capital Records, In2Deep, ChymaMusique Label, African Waves Entertainment, Iron Rod, Music Matters, and SMD Records.
One of the highlights of my career has been producing the track “I Like the Way,” featuring the legendary international star Harrison Crump from Chicago.
I've also had the honor of working with iconic artists like Bhudaza Mapefane, a celebrated Jazz legend from Lesotho. Including a remix of the beloved song “Nonyana” by the late Tshepo Tshola.
Recently, I’ve ventured into exciting new collaborations, one of which is with Koni from the USA and Idd Azziz from Kenya. Our latest release, “Wachanare,” encapsulates the essence of cultural fusion and musical innovation.
