DJ Rae’s talents as Singer, Songwriter, DJ and Producer have been organically growing through the house world since her first signing to Defected records, the self penned "Cant Stop" with Kings of tomorrow became a soulful house favourite. A credible and respected independent artist, Rae has carved her own path in the industry, releasing an array of club hits across many key dance labels, with frequent chart success on Beatport, Traxsource and the official UK charts with “Take me away” alongside DJ SKT which went on to hit silver record sales. Rae consistently fuels the underground and beyond with her self penned songs, distinctive vocals and production, gaining ongoing support from house musics most influential taste makers, releasing on labels such as Toolroom, Ministry of sound and Defected.
Rae has honed her craft in close association with many of the true pioneers of house music whilst playing key festivals and conferences world wide with a unique live show combining live performance in her DJ sets.
Showing her diversity, Rae has toured with the hugely successful Hacienda classical, taking front stage at some of the UK's most iconic stages, Pyramid stage Glastonbury, Royal Albert Hall, and Isle of Wight festival, whilst also hosting her own weekly radio show every Friday on House fm “The Rated takeover”
