Inspired by his favorite artist, Michael Jackson, and the '80s and '90s music his father used to play like Depeche Mode—DJ Ram began learning the drums at just 7 years old. By 13, he was already DJing at local events, and by 14, he had started producing his own tracks. At 15, he began taking piano lessons.
In 2019, DJ Ram began releasing original songs, and in 2021 one of his tracks, "Lose My Mind" (feat. Justine Anne Nicole), reached #41 on El Salvador’s Top Viral Songs chart. Over the years, he has collaborated with singers and producers from all over the world, which has helped him refine his style and bring new ideas to his music.
Being passionate about languages as well, DJ Ram learned French, Italian, and English in his home country. Driven by his dreams, he moved to Montpellier, France, to study Music and Musicology at the University and Conservatory, where he continues to grow as an artist and push his sound even further.
