Known for his signature eye patch and his smooth stories of street life, the late rapper Doe B was a Grand Hustle artist whose career was tragically cut short in a barroom shooting. Born Glenn Thomas in Montgomery, Alabama, Doe B began releasing mixtapes in 2012, partnering with DJs like Frank White and DJ Scream. That same year, he signed with T.I.'s imprint Grand Hustle, with his Baby Jesus mixtape following in 2013. On December 28, 2013, Doe B was shot and killed in a Montgomery bar fight that killed one other patron while injuring six others. His posthumous mixtape, D.O.A.T. 3 (Definition of a Trapper), appeared in early 2014 and cracked the Billboard 200 albums chart. ~ David Jeffries, Rovi
