Known for his signature eye patch and his smooth stories of street life, the late rapper Doe B was a <a href="spotify:search:label%3A%22Grand+Hustle%22">Grand Hustle</a> artist whose career was tragically cut short in a barroom shooting. Born Glenn Thomas in Montgomery, Alabama, Doe B began releasing mixtapes in 2012, partnering with DJs like Frank White and <a href="spotify:artist:45h71dCVZaNAqP3YwQH6ER">DJ Scream</a>. That same year, he signed with <a href="spotify:artist:4OBJLual30L7gRl5UkeRcT">T.I.</a>'s imprint <a href="spotify:search:label%3A%22Grand+Hustle%22">Grand Hustle</a>, with his Baby Jesus mixtape following in 2013. On December 28, 2013, Doe B was shot and killed in a Montgomery bar fight that killed one other patron while injuring six others.
