Formed in 2009, Dogbreth is a vehicle for lead songwriter Tristan Jemsek and a rotating collective of friends to share intimate, open-hearted Rock n’ Roll. Initially based in Phoenix, AZ, then moved to Seattle, WA, and now based in Tucson, AZ with a current lineup of Jemsek, Logan Greene, Raybear, Ryan Petersavage and Ty Rutkowski. The ‘Breth have toured relentlessly over the years and have released 5 studio albums, multiple EPs and singles to warm critical reception. SPIN wrote that Dogbreth “writes confident, witty songs that are tinged with a Picasso gray-cobalt, even in moments of pure celebration.” and Rosy Overdrive said of their 2022 LP <a href="spotify:album:2FkPBLtHXS5lBNb2BlRqcV" data-name="Believe This Rain">Believe This Rain</a> “There’s a wide-openness to these songs’ sound that befits their Arizona home and distinguishes them from their influences.” The 2023 single <a href="spotify:album:7G1BD1aVF8n24Vc083vUXI" data-name="REACH OUT / REAL CONNECTION">REACH OUT / REAL CONNECTION</a> shows the band emboldened by several years of lineup continuity beginning to push towards a more collaborative and intuitive space.
