In the fall of 2013, Adam Thein bought a Tascam 4-track cassette recorder and started playing music with Javier Reyes (Post Animal) and Willie Christianson between their classes and part time jobs in their Madison, WI apartment. The three produced their EP "Nectar Fields" over the next 6 months and recruited Teddy Mathews (Slow Pulp) to play drums.
Over the next year the quartet played around the midwest and recorded their full length album "Peach Fuzz", as well as two improvised records under the alias The Standard Flams. In summer 2015, both Reyes and Christianson had finished their school and Thein moved to Oregon.
Although the band is no longer active, they continue to collaborate remotely from time to time, and in 2019 released a follow-up EP "Falling out of Time."
