Hailing from the Chicago area and taking their name from the Alan Moore-penned Watchmen comic book series, indie rock group Dr. Manhattan formed in 2005. Matt Engers (vocals, guitar), Adam Engers (bass), Nick Vombrack (drums, vocals), and Andrew Morrison (keyboards, percussion, keyboards) became known for their boisterous live performances and earned praise from critics at AbsolutePunk.net.
