DRENT combines the gritty, dusty, and sky-scraping soundscapes of hip-hop and merges emotional, unfiltered, and heavy dialogue that is uniquely distinct. He's worked nearly exclusively with UK producer <a href="spotify:artist:7GD6ODqPC3OaJQ7C4Z1QJZ" data-name="Tony Mahoney">Tony Mahoney</a> for nearly a decade, initially crafting 2014's "<a href="spotify:album:1Y3E2uVdrCwRHcihzuNxjy" data-name="Creative Differences (A Split)">Creative Differences (A Split)</a>" with fellow indie rapper, <a href="spotify:artist:4BUvXWOdVz9ZKp9UOlJ4mR" data-name="Allone">Allone</a>. In 2016, releasing "<a href="spotify:album:40kW82nl3jZefIWoOklKVT" data-name="Fragments: The Walking Nightmare Trilogy">Fragments: The Walking Nightmare Trilogy</a>" as the preface for the "shattering glass" themes reflected on 2019's "<a href="spotify:album:6ZM1ViBO53ANHsEathYRZ2" data-name="Shards // Midnight Mooring">Shards // Midnight Mooring</a>". After completing his follow up "<a href="spotify:album:26b8VLPortslCP0j0BY8wC" data-name="Pieces">Pieces</a>", in Summer 2020, DRENT took a different approach and teamed up with underground rapper <a href="spotify:artist:4OclyI0wdv5OLqcyOFGkh8" data-name="Tedy Andreas">Tedy Andreas</a> to produce the highly anticipated EP, "<a href="spotify:track:7IvHELVOrLL83pxWN5WFd6" data-name="LAWYER FEE$">LAWYER FEE$</a>" a foreshadowing of what he's coming to collect and create. 2021 regained focus on trauma, mental health, & eating disorder awareness with songs such as "<a href="spotify:album:5ULeKzOos1avWpzE13r0P7" data-name="B I R D S N E S T (BTTM FDR)">B I R D S N E S T (BTTM FDR)</a>", "<a href="spotify:track:1CXEY5rrLVjE4YLVjdeCQS" data-name="P2RTS">P2RTS</a>", “<a href="spotify:track:4uWSWmblM6sX7qdz2k6cxl" data-name="THE BODY KEEPS THE SCORE II">THE BODY KEEPS THE SCORE II</a>” added to the catalog.
In May 2022, DRENT sought <a href="spotify:album:7KxtDnkuaqvkljhZfJDkPV" data-name="SALVATION">SALVATION</a> & has completed over 225 performances since, touring the country.
