Born in Brazil, raised in French Guiana and based in Paris, Drey Karper is a singer and songwriter driven by his love for music, he celebrates life through his songs by highlighting emotions, memories, desires, lessons and perceptions.
His relationship with music has always been there, either it was thanks to the choirs of which he was part of in churches and in school or the music he made in his bedroom.Music has always had a very important place in his life, it was his friend during periods of introspection and solitude, a friend on whom he could and can till this day count on.
Motivated and inspired by the beginnings of artists such as IAMDBB, Kali Uchis, SZA, Tyler The Creator and Doja Cat, he felt ready to release his songs on SoundCloud, YouTube and to make his own music video himself with what he had.
