Born in 2011 in the wild and gloomy Alpine foothills in north-eastern Italy, Duirvir wants to blend the elements of the kind, soft and yet deadly caress of nature with their Black/Death and Doom/Atmospheric vibes, with a touch of progressive and experimental influences.
Starting with the first two releases, "Duir" (in 2013) and "Idho" (in 2014), the band proposes a mixture of its extreme metal influences that, with the release of "Endless Graves, Endless Memories" (in 2018) becomes blent with the atmospheric element.
After 13 years of activity, in 2024, the band finally released its first full-length album "The Hunter" adding also synth and electronic music elements to their songs.
