Without an ounce of kitsch or schmaltz, the music elevates both pop music sensibility together with the rich sounds of Deutsche Musik. This premier band of world class musicians features creative artists from all over the world, who were either born in Germany or have come to the country for its distinctive culture and history, and most importantly, for its music. Featured songs include "Ich brech die Herzen der stolzesten Frauen" made famous by Heinz Rühmann 1938, “Er gehört zu mir” made famous by Marianne Rosenberg 1975 and “Ich bin von Kopf bis Fuss auf Liebe eingestellt” made famous by Marlene Dietrich 1930.
