Duo Clavis is formed by musicians Marcello Casagrande (vibraphone) and Mateus Gonsales (piano). With an authorial repertoire, own arrangements and re-readings and chamber music, they move freely between popular music, contemporary music, jazz and free improvisation. The harmony of the high-level musical partnership has been receiving praise and applause from the public in general and from the music scene for their intense and sensitive performances. They work to encourage the creation and dissemination of Brazilian instrumental music and its unconventional instrumental formation. Duo Clavis has as one of its main characteristics the use of improvisation as an essential element for the creative structuring of its music. The new, the unexpected, the silence ... are some of the paths taken through the soundtrack created by Duo Clavis.
