DxriaXMxaria

DxriaXMxaria is a boundary-pushing phonk project born from the deep-rooted friendship and musical journey of two creatives who met in Chernivtsi, Ukraine. The story begins in August 2003, when one half of the duo was born and grew up immersed in sound — fascinated by rhythms and melodies from an early age. Though they studied at a music school for three years, the rigid structure of wind instruments never quite fit the raw passion they had for experimentation.

Everything changed in 2020 at a lyceum, where fate brought them together with <a href="spotify:artist:5PL9S3iXmCDLtRgmP2LZVF" data-name="RetroHaze">RetroHaze</a> and AndyHoror. The trio formed a rock band called The Lofl, which later evolved into Imitation of a Noisy Company. They recorded several albums and even produced a music video — though it never saw the light of day. The band eventually disbanded as life took them in different directions, especially after one member moved abroad amidst the turmoil of war.

Despite the distance and challenges, music remained the thread that kept their connection alive. Reunited across borders, DxriaXMxaria was born — a new chapter rooted in their past but fueled by a fresh sound. The duo now explores the dark, atmospheric world of phonk, blending gritty Memphis-inspired beats with haunting melodies and introspective lyrics. It’s not just a project — it’s a resurrection of shared dreams, remixed with modern edge and emotional depth.
