Dystrakted is a Scratch DJ / Producer and Emcee hailing from Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada. Active in the Thunder Bay (Hip-Hop) music scene since 1999, Dystrakted has continued to excel - whether it's on turntables, microphone and most recently the drum machine. Participating in several DMC DJ Championships (local and national) since then, competition performances are not unfamiliar territory. Dystrakted has shared the stage with many legendary performers (DJ Qbert, Onyx, Slaughterhouse, Heavy Metal Kings, Killah Priest, RA The Rugged Man, Raekwon and Xzibit to name a few) and has had the opportunity to make records with likes of Wordsworth and J-Ro (Alkaholiks).
Focussing more on studio work and production these days, Dystrakted is more active now than ever before. In the works are collaborations with I.N.F (I’m Not Famous), Banish Habitual, The Odd Fellows, Pretty.Ugly, Dirtnap and many more.
