Dzeek

Straight out of Tebet, Jakarta Selatan Amirudin (Lead Guitar), Faeruz Putranta (Bass guitar, Backing vocals), Hersubhan Erdien (Drums), Ichsan Tirtana (Guitar), and Icang (Vocal) decided to play their own music under the name "Pablo Honey" releasing their indie album “First Journey” to mark their existence in the indie music scene. Icang left the band soon afterward and was replaced by Joe Danu (JD) on vocals. Under their new contract they released their major label debut “Terang” (2003) and permanently changed their name into D’zeek. They gain positive remarks within Indonesia’s music scene. The Year 2009 sees the rebirth of the band as they released their second full-length album, the self titled "DZEEK". The band is currently re-shaping itself after changing their vocalist for the third time (Third time is the charm?). The band finally finds confidence in their new vocalist Iwan “Uban” Bossman, a childhood and personal friend of the band, formerly of Majesty and Kunci. Now seeing 2012 as a potential release year, they are preparing themselves with new materials and emphasizing toward new attitude
