Originating from New Jersey, <a href="spotify:artist:47MO4ysab8rNJCPCqIcvuA" data-name="Echo Black">Echo Black</a> fuses elements of alternative pop, hard rock and electronica into their unique dance-rock sound alongside striking visuals and videos.
Echo Black was brought together by New York City performer <a href="spotify:artist:66dytLhPRPVm2hXXZSJR8T" data-name="Danny Blu">Danny Blu</a> in 2015. Establishing an early stance on anti-bully and equality, Blu announced the band's first single and video with industrial-rocker <a href="spotify:artist:0JX3GwUe9y5BS2WuQ3qxsV" data-name="Davey Suicide">Davey Suicide</a> on Revolver magazine. The band subsequently announced their first tour supporting <a href="spotify:artist:16AVsBqzmIZTNHd0eX8VbK" data-name="The Birthday Massacre">The Birthday Massacre</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:5556RAgwP70PnXbaUTGNbR" data-name="Combichrist">Combichrist</a>.
The following year, Echo Black premiered their second single with <a href="spotify:artist:3DefX0fquR1S2twqp0ui84" data-name="Telle Smith">Telle Smith</a> of <a href="spotify:artist:1CF8aEN939swnuIZGFI7Hk" data-name="The Word Alive">The Word Alive</a> on Alt Press magazine. Their music video featuring Telle premiered on Fuse TV later that summer. Collaborating with producer Matt Squire (<a href="spotify:artist:20JZFwl6HVl6yg8a4H3ZqK" data-name="Panic! At The Disco">Panic! Soon after, with the help of their fans, the band successfully crowdfunded their first album.
