Chisom Okonkwo, professionally known as ECHO, is a Nigerian emerging artist and songwriter whose music is rooted in raw emotions, personal experiences, and the realities of everyday life. His sound blends heartfelt storytelling with a modern Afro-inspired approach, creating music that speaks about pain, love, ambition, struggle, hope, and the journey of finding oneself.
Growing through challenges and experiences that have shaped his perspective, Chisom discovered music as a powerful way to turn his emotions into something meaningful. His songs come from real places—things he has lived, felt, witnessed, and overcome. Every record carries a piece of his story, making his music honest, personal, and relatable.
His song “Burning Soul” represents that journey in a powerful way. More than just a song, it reflects the passion, struggles, emotions, and determination that continue to fuel ECHO’s journey as an artist. It captures the feeling of having a dream burning inside you and choosing to keep moving, regardless of the challenges standing in your way.
With a strong passion for songwriting and a vision to create music that connects deeply with people, ECHO is building his own identity—one story, one song, and one moment at a time. His mission is simple: to turn his struggles into sound, transform his experiences into stories, and give listeners music they can not only hear, but truly feel.
