ELEKTRISK ÅL (Electric Eel DK-CL)
Based in Copenhagen this ensemble swim through the Danish fjords with Tropical Latin vibes, Caribbean rhythms, Champeta flavor and Afro-beat grooves mixed with Funk, Jazz, Reggae ,Dub and more .. sometimes they appear as the original quartet, others times even wilder with friends from a worldwide community of musicians in Denmark. Some of the collaborations have been Mambe, Raske Penge, MC de la Loma, Tefa Libre, Jose Lezaeta, Nadia Flute among others..
Their first live song "Meet the people" has been played on the Danish National Radio "P3".
Their first self-titled EP Elektrisk Ål is out now and the vinyl will be available from February 21st, 2025.
