ELYOSE is a cutting-edge gothic-industrial metal (early) / symphonic metalcore (current) project from France, merging razor-sharp riffs with hauntingly ethereal vocals.
Founded in 2012 by vocalist Justine Daaé (The Erinyes), the project quickly gained recognition for its bold, genre-blending sound and powerful emotional impact. In December 2022, guitarist and producer Anthony Chognard (ex-Smash Hit Combo) joined ELYOSE, transforming it into a duo and contributing significantly to its evolution.
With evocative French lyrics and a unique blend of raw power and symphonic beauty, ELYOSE has released four full-length albums and an EP, culminating in their fifth album, Évidence, released on January 10, 2025.
In August 2025, Justine and Anthony parted ways artistically. Justine now carries ELYOSE forward as a solo project, staying true to its independent spirit and continuing to push the boundaries of modern metal with renewed creative freedom.
