Nemesea is a Dutch alternative metal band from Groningen, blending heavy guitars with electronic and cinematic elements. Originally associated with the early symphonic metal scene, with influences ranging from After Forever and Nightwish to Evanescence, the band evolved into a more modern and polished sound across albums like In Control, UPRISE and White Flag.
The band has worked with renowned producers such as Guido Aalbers (Muse, Coldplay), Ronald Prent (Rammstein, Simple Minds), Tony Platt (AC/DC, Motörhead), and Joost van den Broek (Epica, Sabaton), and released a duet with former Delain vocalist Charlotte Wessels (Save Me, 2024).
New music is currently in production, with releases planned for 2026.
