Emcee. Spoken word artist. Writer. Originally from Trenton NJ but now residing in Vancouver BC. K Ski has come a long way from the 17 year old who left a record deal on the table to join the U.S. Navy. Over his 30 plus years as an artist, K Ski has always been inspired by his diverse life experience to craft his art. Also known as Mista Ocktober he won Seattle's Kube 93 Hip Hop local artist of the year in 2003 while signed to indy record label Madd Passion. Although he took time off over the years, he always kept writing and recording in his free time. Now with his own media group it's time to finish telling his story.
