Tactus is a dually headed ensemble founded in 2009 by the cello player Julien Roussel and the gambist Jérôme Chaboseau. Numerous concerts contributed to solidifying their musical friendship and an album was recorded in 2011 dedicated to Telemann with the theorbist Jon-Michael McLean. They regularly invite talented soloists and continuo players for the realisation of specific repertoires.
