Envisioned is a black-death metal one-man band from France, musically inspired by bands like Regarde Les Hommes Tomber, The Great Old Ones, Wolves in the Throne Room and a little of Akhlys and Aoratos.
It aims at creating harsh, yet mainly atmosphere-driven melancholic music including ambient, death metal, or old-school black metal notes.
Envisioned draws lyrical and thematic inspirations from the Dishonored video game franchise, exploring its darkest esoteric mythology. My first eponymous album focuses on the different aspects of the Void, an alternate world populated by a divine figure known as the Outsider. A worshiped god for some, evil to eradicate for others.
