Epokhé is an electronic composer/producer whose distinctive sound is pervaded above all by a sense of longing, seeking, and discovery. His songs are spiritual journeys that blur the line between, and can be undertaken as both, dancefloor epics and solitary meditations.
Based in Montréal, he has worked on a number of Hollywood productions and collaborative projects where the influence of his unique style and artistic vision can be clearly felt. As a solo artist, he draws upon his eclectic backgrounds in philosophy, film scoring, and audiovisual art and technology to create compositions which exist at the intersection between song, story, and soundscape. They combine organic sources with synthetic manipulations and blend meticulously crafted beats with intricate, evocative textures to bridge the sonic and the cinematic, the elegiac and the euphoric, and the introspective and the unbound.
