Auto-Tuned melodies, distinctive vocals, riveting production choices, and staggering, heart-stirring bars are all highlights of the Riverdale Georgia based rapper Eshelon’s compelling style. Unlike other viral sensations his music is growing organically word of mouth from sheer talent and versatility of his music touching different hearts in different crowds. Eshelon is as authentic as they come. He is unapologetically himself. Speaking his truth in his music and that connects him to listeners like no other. He began releasing music around 2015, taking notes from lil Wayne’s inconceivable metaphors, Future’s melodic tones, Drake’s intimate transparency and the inventive production styles of rappers who were rising to prominence as he grew up. He started out using the moniker echelon, but changed the spelling of it to Eshelon in 2019. That year, he released his first single, February 9th. From that point forward, he was in hyperdrive, releasing two ep’s in 2019, 1 EP in 2020, an album 2021 and sporadic singles that appeared amid his other projects. Out Now is his follow up EP Black Hearted 1.5 after nearly a year long hiatus due the birth of his first son.
