Born in Kalamazoo, Michigan into the 90’s era is where the heart of I, Davien Harper or Swank Bands resides. I lived in Milwaukee, WI (10 years) and now Houston, TX. As a rapper/singer and songwriter I aim to make music to appeal to all types, from energetic and hype to slow and moody. Music has always been my passion, I used to play the trumpet in middle school and was apart of an award winning drumline in high school. I started rapping in 2006 free-styling in the car, in 2010 over covers and began making music for myself in 2017. I appreciate all of my fans and listeners and hope to gain new ones daily.
