Esteban Jimenez Osorio a.k.a. ESTEDON is a hip-hop artist based out of Calgary, AB.
Born in Manizales, Colombia, he came to Canada with his family as a refugee escaping turbulent times in both the U.S.A. & his home country of Colombia with very limited resources. Adapting to his ever-changing surroundings, he found solace in Hip Hop & hustling at a very young age.
In 2019, he released “Right Our Wrongs” to a sold out crowd at Koi Calgary, generating buzz from CJSW, 10 at 10 Calgary, The Sweety Treaty Show & other local press.
In 2020, he would release “LET’s GO”& “DREAMER”, each gaining 2K+ streams, receiving coverage from YYC Records & YYC Hip Hop Daily. “Somewhereincanada” would release by the end of the year, landing on 10 at 10 Calgary’s “Best Freestyles of 2020” & a spot on Lethbridge’s college radio show “ATSIC”, re-releasing in 2024 gaining 3K streams within months.
He would release his 2nd EP, “clocked out” in 2021, which generated 8K+ streams online in a month.
After a tumultuous 2021 and medical issues, ESTEDON would come back in 2022, releasing “Don’t Talk” & “Right All Along”, landing performance opportunities, including performing at Union Hall in Edmonton & The Back Alley in Calgary in front of a crowd of hundreds.
He would go on to release “Consumer Proposal” & “I Cried”, the latter receiving 2K+ streams.
His latest album “The Immaculate Hustle” would be featured on Calgary’s “The Scene” magazine, mentioning him as an artist to look out for
