25-year-old, 2020 BBC Hotlisted, Wonderland Magazine featured, Clash Magazine playlisted, Rap Artist, JAYO started his music venture in 2012. Growing up in a household where his father was an established music journalist, music became a dominant part of his upbringing. He writes, performs and has recently started producing his own music.

Inspired by the likes of Kendrick Lamar, Lauryn Hill, Bon Iver and many more. JAYO embodies his wide taste of music, showcasing his versatility as an artist.
He always brings a twist of style and charisma to his lyrics but most evidently to his live performances, keeping the crowd on their toes and in awe of his effortless delivery. Definitely a young creative worth keeping an eye on.
