Ethereal Music

Ethereal Music was founded by Composer Marios Papadopoulos with the idea to publish his compositions for the first time.

Marios’ creations are orchestral, epic, cinematic with symphonic and electronic elements and a touch of ethnic instruments giving a dynamic and distinctive style among the thousands of composers of the 21st century.

He studied Musicology at the Kapodistrian University of Athens and then moved to Bristol, England, for post-graduate studies in Music Composition for Film and Television.

There he was given the opportunity to compose Music for BBC, in various commercial spots and trailers.

Also, he took part as a musician, playing Ney in musical performances in the Arnolfini International Art Centre.

Growing up his main influences were <a href="spotify:artist:0YC192cP3KPCRWx8zr8MfZ" data-name="Hans Zimmer">Hans Zimmer</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:1csBgT42N4pPPs1HJhxXIK" data-name="Thomas Newman">Thomas Newman</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:72qxDp6R6v22pai96pZioz" data-name="Yanni">Yanni</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:2qvP9yerCZCS0U1gZU8wYp" data-name="Two Steps from Hell">Two Steps from Hell</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:6BF0bXbsdujMSMeFZBGcBq" data-name="Thomas Bergersen">Thomas Bergersen</a>.

Among all the aforementioned he mastered the song ‘’I Could Fall in Love With You’’ performed by Cindy Gomez and composed by <a href="spotify:artist:0EmeFodog0BfCgMzAIvKQp" data-name="Shakira">Shakira</a> and David A. Stewart.

Today, he teaches Music Technology, Composition, Orchestration and Theory in Cyprus College, Nicosia.

He is actively involved in composing and producing music for short films, TV series, as well as, producing music for &#39;&#39; Music License Libraries &#39;&#39;. He composed music for poems that have been heard in various events.
