Eugene Rockwell

Dj, co-owner & producer of Amikron Records, a colognian underground vinyl imprint. Eugenes decade of enthusiasm for digging and playing records is what forms his curious bridge between soulful House, modern Boogie, electronic Breakbeats and obscure World music of all kind. Whether at outdoor jams or dusty basement parties, Eugene delivers steps & smiles while djing with ease.

For more than four years he has been organizing the monthly local renowned Chicago Am Rhein dance party in Cologne, Germany. In 2020 Eugene Rockwell founded Danse Tropicale, a mix-series with Dj-guests all over the world presenting a vibrant selection of rare multi-cultural music. Uptempo groove excursions with Caribbean space disco, Latin tropicalia and sunshine Afrobeat find its home here.

For 2022 two new Vinyl releases of own productions and reworks are being planned to come out involving friends and guests on the Amikron Records label imprint.
