Eves Manxeba is an award-winning singer-songwriter known for her healing and transformative music. Infusing smooth R&B vocals with Xhosa lyrics and worldbeat rhythms, she creates a unique blend of conscious and soulful melodies. Eves’ music is a reflection of her mission to bring peace, enlightenment, and healing to the world, offering comfort and inspiration in these challenging times.
Born and raised in the small town of Butterworth in the Eastern Cape, Eves Manxeba discovered her passion for music at the age of 13, with her late mother playing a pivotal role in nurturing her talent. She quickly gained recognition, winning numerous talent shows in her youth. Her musical journey took a significant turn when she studied Contemporary Music at the National School of the Arts, a step that led her to the top 32 of Idols South Africa.
She has collaborated with notable producers and artists such as Jerah Mothusi,Dj Clock,Mjakes Thebe, Ksoul, and Master KG etc.Her music portfolio also includes features with DJ Kabila, Kususa, Dustinho, and Chymamusique, further cementing her presence in the industry.
Eves Manxeba’s accolades include winning Best Afrosoul Song at the SATMA Awards and Best Female Video at the EVMAS in 2023. She is also the voice behind the theme track for Real Housewives of Gqeberha and Mamello, earning her a SAFTA nomination. With her distinctive sound and powerful voice, Eves continues to establish herself as a force to be reckoned with in the music industry.
