All ears are open to take in Evih, a talented musician with musical influences stemming from Nigeria. Evih formed the distinct dimension to his music, Afro-Cruise a combination of both Afrobeats and Afropop.
Evih has always yearned to pursue his love for music which developed from his youth based on all the musical influences around him. He started music professionally in 2015 in the University of Benin where he graduated with a B.Sc in Business Administration but instead of a career in business, he continued to pursue his love for music which he developed at a young age.
Evih continued to strive for success, maintain relevance and build his portfolio of stand- out rhythms. This led to signing a record deal with Tycoon Entertainment in 2017, where his music rocketed. In 2020 Evih released a 5 track EP titled “CRUISE” which demonstrates his unique style and positioning in the music industry. He dropped the single Wonder featuring Davido in 2021 with an amazing visual and since then Evih has been on the rise.
2023 was an outstanding Year for Evih seeing a successful release of his second EP titled Afro Cruise comprising of 7 songs. Evih finds joy in entertaining and spreading African music to the world in his unique style of writing, singing, styling and musical performances. He is known for his popular motto : THE TOP IS UNDER US.
