Ex Libras

Ex Libras are a 3-piece alt. rock band from the UK. Their music is hugely cinematic, with large build-ups of tension released through devastatingly heavy rock explosions! They have no boundaries and don’t intend to set any for themselves.

Drawing influences from all genres of music, the goal for Ex Libras is to continue to put out music that still moves the body, the mind, the heart, and the soul.

Their live shows are emotionally intense, passionate, and dynamic. Using live sampling and looping to create layers of sound, this 3-piece band sound can end up sounding like a small army of 10 musicians.

So far, their musical adventure has been largely D.I.Y. Ross, Kieran & Amit began by building their own rehearsal and recording studio (in a garden shed). They also design and and shoot all the art work, they direct, shoot, and edit the Ex Libras music videos, and release their music independently through their own record label (Wirebird).

Ex Libras make their music because they love it, and have no plans to stop any time soon.
