Lauded Polish progressive rock collective Exodus formed in 1976. Often described as the "Polish <a href="spotify:artist:7AC976RDJzL2asmZuz7qil">Yes</a>" due to their strong tendencies toward integrating classical music with rock, the band, which spent its formative years playing ambitious theater shows, appearing on television, and releasing the occasional single, didn't get around to releasing a full-length record, The Most Beautiful Day, until 1980. Supernova appeared in 1982. Numerous European collections have emerged since the band's demise, but it wasn't until 2006 that their music was made available worldwide with the five-disc box set The Most Beautiful Dream Anthology 1977-1984 and the DVD video A Ray of Sunshine. ~ James Christopher Monger, Rovi
