Fresh out of Leeds, come new post-hardcore act, ‘EXTS’.
For well over ten years, members of EXTS have been honing their skills and crafting their individual sounds respectively in other local Leeds based bands.
Then, in 2020 guitarist and founding member Lee Horner (formerly of Caskets) posted an Instagram story, showcasing his “Friday night riffs” to cure the monotony of Lockdown. It was at this point, that frontman and singer Jack Flynn stumbled across the post whilst idly scrolling. The two got together, along with drummer and long-time friend Tom Parkes to test-drive Lee’s Lockdown jams. Not long after, with these demos now a tirade of practice room energy, James Thurlby joined to take up bass duties and the band was complete.
