I'm EZtone, a self-taught musician from Ecuador based in Medellín, Colombia. I started experimenting with sampling and rap back in school. I was part of the trip-hop band Munn, and my main influences come from R&B, neo-soul, and J Dilla's cosmic vibe. I was born in Quito, Ecuador, surrounded by mountains and active volcanoes. My love for music began thanks to my father, who would blast soul, funk, disco, and psychedelic rock on weekends while washing his car with vinyl records playing loud.
