Fabianossa

Fabianossa is Elias Fabian Durac from Turku, Finland. Something between a band and a bedroom project as is so common in this age of laptop producers.

Durac, now 28, also got his start on music-making toying with a laptop on a joint EDM project with his older brother, before growing sick of the genericity of the genre - so much so that he quit making music altogether.

A couple years later, when working in a liquor store, Durac heard Mac DeMarco and the like and felt an urge to pick up the guitar. Reunited with his childhood instrument, he quickly wrote many songs on the spur of the moment combining the modulated guitar sound with starter pack drum beats and FL Studio synths. Barely a year since the birth of Fabianossa, Kitsuné Musique of Paris, France, released his debut single 4AM.

Now with four singles under his belt, Fabianossa is ready for his debut EP, Lonely At The Top out on Nashville’s Acrophase Records (Ginger Root, Personal Trainer, PWNT)

Together with his producer Lauri Eloranta they have created six songs ranging from slacker anthems like La Revedere and Casablanca to unshameful naivety of Masterpiece and Cool Kids balanced with the contemplative but epic Keep My Heart and Lonely At The Top.
