Fabio Turchetti

Fabio Turchetti is a singer and accordionist from Cremona. In his thirty-year career he has released more than 40 CDs and given at least a thousand concerts.
He is the author of most of the lyrics and music he plays. In 2005 he founded his own world music record label collaborating with many musicians.
Since 2009, when he was invited to play at the Manila jazz festival in the Philippines, he started performing often alone singing and playing the bandoneon.
He has performed in Paris, London, Berlin, New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Philadelphia, Boston, Buenos Aires, Madrid, Istanbul, Budapest, Prague, Krakow and in many other places around the world.
In 2014, during a solo concert at the Brooklyn accordion club in New York, he started a new collaboration with american singer Michela Musolino. Their album “terra sangue mare” was listed by Pop Matters into the 12 best word music album of 2016 .
He is the composer and the artistic producer of Khaossia, a band from Salento with whom he has created 6 original projects followed by international tours.
