Fakelove

Masego leoto is South African born artist well known as Fakelove, born in Pretoria (Mabopane) and raised In Johannesburg. Fakelove started his music career in 2018, the year amapiano started fusing the beats with vocals. 2018 was a good foundation for Fakelove as he started moving with the amapiano duo called JazziDisciples, the duo helped him as he kick started his career in making music. Started off with a song called Ara’robala, he started getting traction in the streets and later performed the song on a musical show called massive music on channel O.

He later collaborated with MrJazziQ on a smash hit called “Askies” featuring Moonchild Sanelly, Mdu TRP & Josiah De Disciple, the song elevated MrJazziQ career as it was his first certified Gold record. Fakelove did not stop there. In 2020 during a global pandemic Fakelove collaboration with the likes of Focalistic, Mahoota & Fatkuk, Lady Du, Mpura and Mellow & Sleazy just to name a few. In 2021 he made a song called Picture Junkpark which helped bring traction at a food place just outside Alexandra called Junk Park, the song made a lot of rounds on TikTok and it got a lot of people creating dance moves around it.
