Hey it’s FITZ, you might know me from my band Fitz and The Tantrums. We were on the road, tour got cancelled, everything got cancelled. Came home, sat on my ass, binge watched way too much TV. Got fat, tried to do a cleanse, failed and felt stir crazy. So I locked myself in the studio for 4 months and did the only thing I know how to do to keep sane: make music, make music, make music. When I first started writing these songs, I didn’t know they would eventually become my first solo record. Between the lockdown, the fires and the panic attacks reading the news every day, I found a little bit of peace and a lot of joy in writing these songs. I hope that you will too.
