Pulling influence from alt rock luminaries Dinosaur Jr, Superchunk and Buffalo Tom; Flea Market have developed a distinctly 90's yet contemporary sound, mixing fuzzed up guitars with pop hooks and three-part harmonies. Formed at the back end of 2016 in West Yorkshire, UK, they released their debut EP 'Super Loud' in 2017. Recorded live to 2” tape with legendary producer Andy Hawkins in a converted chapel, it spawned the 'Girl Come On' single and video. After a string of gigs across the North, the band signed with independent Leeds label One Step Outside who will release their new single ‘Team Scarlet’ on a split 7” with Box Jellys titled ‘Fleabox’; once again recorded with Hawkins at The Nave. They have also recorded another EP, which is set to be released in early 2019...
