F.O.D. are a German Synth Pop trio whose style is influenced by electronic body music (EBM), Dance, Wave as well as contemporary electronic dance music. Hailing from Saxony, the trio is comprised of Daniel (aka eXcess D; vocals, keyboard, programming, composition, arrangement), Andreas (aka An/dress; keyboards, programming, lyrics, composition, arrangement), and André (aka André van den Gerk; keyboards, special effects, presentation). F.O.D. made their recording debut in 2002 with a pair of singles (Krissi, Over Now/X-Celerate) followed by the full-length albums Crucified (2003) and Made in Germany (2005). The trio subsequently signed a recording contract with the label Fear Section and proceeded to release Synthesizer Tanzmusik (2008) and Maschinentanz (2010).
