Footprints is a small indie/alternative rock group from rural Northwestern Ohio. The band was founded in early 2018 by Aaron Rupp (Vocals, Guitar), Zach Basselman (Bass) and Birch Baer (drums). Over the course of a year and a half, Footprints wrote, recorded, and released their debut album, After the War, with nothing except their own resources. They draw influences from a variety of artists, including Modest Mouse, Interpol, and Joy Division, which create a unique sound. Their debut album was released in the fall of 2019, and is available on most streaming platforms.
