Forget Conformity started in 2014, leaving Jonathon Baker as the only original member as of 2021. It was started as a group of 5 guys, learning how to build music and songs together, and quickly gained steam by performing in front of bands like The Ongoing Concept and Psychostick; before switching members and styles around 2016. From there the band played So What 2017, opened for Mushroomhead and Upon a Burning Body, as well as tours to San Diego, Kansas, and Oklahoma. The band now consists of:
