Thank you for taking a moment to check out my music. I'm grateful that you're here.
I am a 67-year-old singer/songwriter, husband, meditation teacher, and nature lover. For over 45 years, I've had the privilege of creating and performing music for so many incredible people. They have enriched my life, and I hope I have done the same for them. Five years ago, I met producer J. Christopher Thomas, and together we've embarked on what I think is an exciting exploration of new musical horizons, which you'll mostly find showcased here.
My career began in Boston, where I fronted the funk rock band Judy’s Tiny Head (JTH). We released two EPs, including the single “My Car,” which became a local radio hit in New England. JTH had the honor of playing shows with acts such as the Violent Femmes, Debbie Harry, Paul Young, RunDMC, and Aimee Mann, and worked with the iconic producer William Garrett (Spotify singles). After JTH broke up, I moved to Oakland, CA, where I began working on a more introspective writing style influenced by my meditation practice. I started recording solo albums in 2013 and have released five to date. With Christopher’s guidance, I've been exploring a range of musical genres, from folk rock and alternative indie rock to modern psychedelic folk and country rock. My hope for the future is to maintain good health and continued spiritual growth, allowing me to carry on creating music that hopefully resonates with other listeners.
